Since I saw the bad comment, I improved the quality by stitching the elastic to the leather and then use little glue, It’s Guarantied will not fall apart. All out headband with elastic, the elastic are stitched to the leather to make it strong and not fall apart. But we had an incident where 10 headband were made by new employee and he did not stitched them, we recalled all these headbands
